第7回物質・デバイス領域共同研究拠点活動報告会（東工大） にて岡本一将助教が講演を行いました。

6月12日梅垣菊男教授と松浦妙子准教授が恩賜発明賞を受賞しました。恩賜発明賞は社団法人発明協会が主催する全国発明表彰の最高賞であり、当日は常陸宮殿下のご臨席のもと，公益社団法人発明協会会長より賞状が贈呈されました。

藤井槙哉(卒業生）の論文 “Sensitivity enhancement of chemically amplified EUV resists by adding acid-generating promoters” がJapanese Journal of Applied Physics誌に掲載されました。
